The website development project that focuses on serving two main user groups: tenants and property buyers/sellers. The website's objective is likely to connect landlords with potential tenants, as well as property buyers with sellers.


 

The Challenge

A client from the US requested a website development for Tenant and property buyer and seller.

For tenants, the website might include features like property listings, filtering options (location, price, amenities, etc.), the ability to schedule viewings, and maybe a user-friendly interface to communicate with property owners or agents.

For property buyers and sellers, the website could offer listings, detailed property descriptions, images, and possibly video tours. There may also be tools to help sellers manage their listings, as well as a way for buyers to submit offers, contact sellers, or even apply for financing.

Overall, the website needs to be intuitive, responsive (mobile-friendly), and easy to navigate for both tenants and buyers/sellers, with secure features for communication, payments, and contracts, if applicable.
